If a director cant be bothered converting options in Lom why were they given the options in the first place? why is this person a director of Lom?

There are plenty of hard working and committed employees of Lom who clearly have demonstrated their worth to Lom!!

Lom should have made a 'token' issue of options to the staff rather than issue options to someone who is 'dis-interested' in this company to say the least!!

Lom needs some independent directors!!

I don't think that the British institions give a crap what your distorted view is to be honest. Either buy the stock or find another one.
