I see LOM remains in its same old-same old status?

They appear to have made some progress with their hardware, replacing the post hole digger they bought to drill the Kimberlite (LOL) with a better rig.... and the XRF gear.

But seriously, while there are no major institutional investors in Lucapa it's going nowhere IMO. And the reason there are still no institutional investors? - who would buy into a company which has no control over its own finances? Until LOM finds a way to free itself from the clutches of its Angolan oppressors what real hope is there it will ever attract major players?
