Have you heard of arbitrage? the days before the rights began trading, the value of the Lom shares (with the entitlement to the rights) was actually worth more than the separate rights and shares. My hunch is that the market will keep on driving down the rights and therefore the options which I can buy in a week or two when things have settled down but before the acion begins,
