All you read was "sellers are running out of steam". Literally the words before that quote, answer the stupid question you are asking me... mind blown...


As I said, generally if the share price is tanking, and the volume is decreasing as its going down, it gets to a point where theres little to no volume, such that sellers stop selling into the buy stack, it becomes equal... so the low volume means the sellers no longer want out so badly that they will dump into the sell stack, which is a positive. They are waiting patiently for buyers to step up to the mark
