I guess if you want world class management, you have to pay world class rates. if they are not going to get remunerated appropriately here, they will go elsewhere and be paid accordingly there. so I think the question here is, do you want these guys working for the competition or for LOM?

or you could look at it like, if they were working for another top tier diamond company, how much would you throw at them to get them to come over to us? or how much could they make as a consultant in the industry? would you prefer to pay them as consultants?

its the same for any ASX listed firm. but you vote according to what you think is right.
