problem is you cant just look at the share price. its the market cap that counts. at 36c we are sitting on a market cap of just over $100m which is what the market cap was when we were at 45c or so. reason for that was the recent options conversion = dilution. we can argue that as part of the conversions/dilution we have extra $$ in the kitty, but unfortunately the market doesn't see it that way. BOD need to show us a real reason why we should hold onto our hats or nuts....
