Interested to know how much selling has come from the recent HNW c/r. There does not appear to be anything significant. The July c/r certainly resulted in shares being sold and options being exercised. The total of that issue were 24m shares and options.
Turnover was around 75-80 m shares from the date of that c/r was about 6-8 weeks (mainly on the way up). On the way down in the last month or so, turnover has been around 20-30m.
This begs the question if the WG July sophs sold 15m shares and 15m options (30m =75% of total issued) who sold the other 70-80m shares. The c/r only accounts about 35% of turnover and during most of that time the HNW c/r shares were not issued.

My point about the shareholding being the reason for LOM's irrational market reaction and instability is because the predominant SH attitude is LOM is a trading stock with only a relatively small number of genuine investors who are looking for LT value not speculative profits.
Unfortunately too much emphasis is on SP and anns and not enough on the true underlying value of the co. One only has to read the posts here to realise that is the focus of the majority.

If the HNW are holding that could be the start of a register turnaround. It appears that John Kahl... has been a significant holder also waiting for LT value.

Until this changes LOM will continue to frustrate.
Newtolt you have a very fixed view that you are entitled to, but at some point everyone needs to realise that they are collectively responsible for a potentially very valuable stock being destabilised by a mass of traders interested only in short term profits.

Apologies for the length of this post..... and please keep looking for value not SP
