ASH81 - everyone who was a shareholder at the time of the company restructure had the opportunity to purchase one loyalty option (LOMO) for every two shares held at a price of $0.005 each, hence a high percentage of LOMO are held by shareholders outside the top 20. There was an extremely high take-up rate, and IMO we will have an overwhelming support once again. When voting comes around, ppl should vote, and not leave it up to someone else.
IMO, if a shareholder who also hold options votes no to the resolution, they will be shooting themselves in foot.
