I think management have offered these options as they are pretty sure they will be in the money come April next year , thus providing the company funds (from conversion of the oppies ) to ramp up mining and exploration .
They must have predicted this is a time when they will need to inject more cash into operations , otherwise why issue new options until April and not a year from now ????
