I was trying to highlight the fact that heads need not be sold to convert, holders oppies need not effect the s/p as some are trying to state but in turn ,as in an example like JD when the oppies list again and what i see they WILL trade at a premium simply trade 1/3 to convert over time as when they hit market soon enough the s/p will possibly have a kimbo to support the s/p, so i see the s/p ill affected.Then you can support people like me who voted yes but hold non.(snigger.. ulterior motive)
