Um I wouldn't exactly say that? It looks like approx 178k of those sells at 17 (and the last 3 at 16.5) were from the same seller. If his intention was to entice more options onto the market to buy back later on then he would be looking at this
83500 @ 17.5c,
25.5k @ 18c,
4.6k @ 19c
and then this "seller" would have to dip into the 165k @ 20c just to buy back the shares he sold. If he wants some of those at 20c he could have just purchased everything from 18c and up to 20c first thing this morning and saved himself a lot of cash.
Maybe it was intended to flush out shares and failed? But to me it looks like someone trying to gently offload shares, not someone trying to pick them up. Maybe a bigger player with something else on the go? I am not saying this is correct, it is just how it looks to me, only the seller will know.
