The way is see it is if they don't get the SP up around or over the 30c mark by the time of the meeting then I hope any shareholder that can get along let's the Directors know exactly that most of us here on HC feel thoroughly let down by their favouring themselves with their performance options strike price and timeline

I am sure we all are in favour of our Directors having performance,of course we are,they perform,we all benefit

But if shareholders who hold options that expire in August lose out then the only people in the company who stand to benefit are the directors with a 2 year timeline in front of them at the same 30c strike price........nice work if you can get it !
