350,000 LOMOA buyer at $0.27
In essence and investor happy to invest close to $ 95,000 with an effective buy price of $0.47 cents per share (allowing for $0.20 LOMOA exercise price).
Obviously they are more confident in LOM than most of us and don't mind paying a premium to get more shares ... they must obviously consider that the extra $0.09 cents paid will be insignificant when LOM is rerated ... otherwise, they could simply buy 250,000 (all of) the $0.38 LOM shares for sale.
