The LOMOB price is irrelevant for those that will be (and are capable of) exercising them. Any movement in the LOMOB value is simply a paper gain ... or in this case loss (be it more significant than LOM).
Obviously a different story for the LOMOB traders.
Downward pressure on LOM shares may be in order for accumulators to buy LOM cheaply and indirectly via LOMOB panickers (i.e. the LOMOB traders / speculators).
The accumulators are in essence indirectly buying LOM shares today for $0.37 cents, by buying LOMOB at $0.07. They are not having to wait in the LOM queue for the price to drop to $0.37 cents ... if the LOM price actually gets that low.
