An astute investor who wants to indirectly get his LOM shares without putting upward pressure on LOM share price and is happy to take the LOMOB from weak or nervous LOMOB holders.
Great announcement today ... Gem quality diamonds everywhere they dig (although I'm sure they are putting more thought into where they did ... as opposed to digging anywhere and everywhere. Great result.
