interesting theory. I would have thought that that if someone was paying 0.10 for LOMOB's and the price of the underlying asset went up by lets say 0.01, that would be a 10% gain. as opposed to sending lets say for arguments sake 0.40 on the stock (all things being equal (which they are not (see Black - Scholes pricing method (on Google (some need more direction than others))))) and it went up by 0.01 then that would be a return of ........ 2.5%. Yeah some people have these markets figured out better than others. And then you have others that know it allllllllll. thanks for the Math lesson.
