I wonder if the same people buying LOMOB today would take out a margin loan with a LVR of >75% and put it all on a speculative stock with a margin call 2 months away. Shrugs, maybe... Good luck getting the bank* to approve that one however... !!
Heck, this one might come off for some people but over time this is the strategy that'll send you broke. A bit like the people that buy into hype and emotion and pulled the trigger on LOM @ 50c earlier in the week and they're now down 24%.
