I do not want u to not be able to enjoy the reward from lom,so on a very serious note,beetroot,not the rubbish in cans but raw one,in oven till they are soft,pell and eat,it will lower ur blood pressure within 24 hours,beetroot is one of those foods classed as superfood,dig in will do u lots of good,and u be in great shape when lom hits $5.cheers.
