Antarctic ice never melted except seasonally and is increasing while Arctic ice was in a melting trend which has now reversed and after allowing for seasonal variations it is growing. I saw in the news where some northern glaciers grew this year for the first time in over 200 years. You should check your facts before accusing someone else of being wrong.
