Management have obviously done the hard work in getting AVL as a going concern - miner.
Now they burn the extra fuel in the tank by getting AVL rated appropriately by the market.
We all witnessed th CMQ action.
Once inertia is overcome movement is hard to stop.
People stop making/seeing mountains out of negative mole hills and build castles in the sky.
