May be a bit of buying in London to sell here? Price differential has over recent weeeks offered a small arbitrage.
Poune will start once all testing is finished on Tiof and it is P&A as planned. That might be another day or two - then the West Navigator needs to get in position - another day? So it should get going by Friday I would think. I'm a bit interested whether there will be time to drill Pelican ?? Anyone have any ideas on what the limitation might be? They have indicated that it needs to start in November I think??
