Cash flow from another source would be good so that the company is not diluted.
PNO has shown great restraint in not diluting as it had plent of opportunity when the stock was over 10c...but then it did a small one at 5c which was not so smart.
Nice bidder there atm for a chuck of stock so it seems a bit of accumulation could happen at these low prices.
I have been sitting there waiting for some at 3c but may have to raise my bid to get some more.
