    Ha ha. You hold and have to ask me questions?? Surely you would have looked into this yourself. Start back in Ann from last November. Read carefully and especially the term sheet stuff. Also doesn't hurt to pop in an email to co to clarify things. Cmon folks we are backing a co that IMO has the the goods and has grown from nothing to now dealing with the big boys and has the goods to keep the big boys happy and willing to support.
