Nice quote. I think that guaranteed money is probably a reasonable sales pitch. He needs other investors to actually offset the partnership and maintain some independence for AUZ, agreed. Agree that he could be more "investor checklist" in his presentation. Some of the hotcopper posts with checklists, could be a good start...
