Sorry Moly, I have read the BTV notice of meeting and it looks like there is no need to vote on the THR sale as its already done and dusted and BTV already have the cash.
There is a vote on the sale of the Gullewa project to ATW and the usual director hand outs but no vote on THR/WDR.
It is very interesting the amount of shares BTV directors are buying however.
