It was bonfire nights over the weekend in UK and therefore most traders/marketmakers were still half drunk when arriving at the office this morning. I'd expect some fireworks in the exchanges tomorrow. When people have a chance to clear their heads, they would realise the upside potential of the block is into billion barrels rather than millions.
