    It looks like SBI is on a winner with the investment in London property. It looks like the property in Kensington:

    has already achieved sales of 20 apartments out of 27. As a 1-bedroom studio is worth over 1 million pounds it looks like costs are well and truly covered.  Maybe positive cash flow is nearer than it looks!
