Disclosure of Shareholding


On 5 July, the Company was notified that Aegon UK Plc group of companies, on 3
July, purchased 2,500,000 ordinary shares of nil par value ('Ordinary Shares')
at a price of 26.5p. Following this announcement Aegon UK Plc group of companies
has an interest in 33,047,983 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing
10.68% of the Company's current issued share capital.
