Are they better informed? Surely they don't have more information than we do. Perhaps Australians are naturally pessimistic, whereas Europeans are more optimistic. (It's summer over there, after all.)
Incidentally, if you think the discrepancy between THR's price here and overseas is bad, last week shares in DIO traded in the US for 5c when they were going for almost double that here.
