No choice though esp with what is now the demographic of London and wider suburban boroughs it's the antithesis of say Singapore or even Hong Kong in the phenotypic ability for higher caste human behaviour.
Without actual military rule of law intervention any good plan (none are actual good plans within such a demographic) will fail for this reason alone. Contrary to pushed down political socially engineered ideology we are actually not all the same with great hard set discrepancies across any two individuals behavioural place.
What price postmodern modernity I suppose...our socialist experience is about to get real and people with guns on the street aimed at the populace is par for the course across all collectivist ideology's sooner than later.
