On 18 April, the Company was notified that following a series of transactions
between 17 February and 5 April, the Credit Suisse Group and its subsidiaries
has an interest in 15,229,499 ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company,
representing 5.05% of the Company's current issued share capital.
