They have the culprit in custody and my guess it is one of two outcomes

1) A caucasian nutter seeking revenge for the previous London terrorist attacks - an "eye for an eye" attack
2) A muslim extremist taking it out on his lesser radical brothers and sisters

Don't know which outcome is worse.

On the one hand it could start a religious war in the UK - between muslims and infidels
on the other it could start a religious war in the UK - between hard core muslims and not so hard core muslims
