RIO are in it up to their proverbials, I am a RIO share holder and I can tell you if the RIO/Chinalco bid falls though...It will have a fair effect on EXT's share price. Dattels is an investor and I believe is in it due to RIO exercising their 0.60 options and showing interest...!
I think their was a hint this week when RIO announced it had successfully issued 3.5 Billion worth of bonds. They (RIO) may already know that their is not much chance the FIRB will approve the Chinalco bid.
I hope I'm wrong, because I have $75k riding on RIO...!
