Also if as they say the up side min. is 0.85. Why are they not buying up everything at the current price so as to gain a bigger %. And then have a stronger position in the board room , their 5.85 %. Is not that impressive . They have 110 mil fund that they manage , what the same value as AZZ.
Let's wait and see what vision AZZ board puts out there in answer to LS. That is if they are going to do anything ? In truth unless there is a real plan , I would be happy to vote for LS , and get out at 0.75 .
