I just noticed that LNR's gross undervaluation at the current price of $0.46 (US) and A$0.49 (Sydney) is also supported by the other key multiples of that deal. For instance, KOG was producing 34,000 boepd in Q1 2014.
KOG is producing approximately 35,000 boepd now and owns 167.3 Proved Reserves. Please see:
http://kodiakog.investorroom.com/index.php?s=43&item=232
So KOG was acquired for $171,000/boepd and $35.86/boe of Proved Reserves.
LNR currently trades at $114,000/boepd and $20.8/boe of Proved Reserves.
and LNR forecasts an exit production of 6,000 boepd for 2014 which brings the $ per flowing barrel ratio even lower than $114,000/boepd.
