Martin, Have a look at the posting thread which followed the ASX announcement on 23/6. The title of the announcement is "Ceasing to be a substantial holder". There appeared to be some confusion with regard to the form as the listing of shares traded was under a column for acquisitions and not disposal. But read through the posts and catch up.

And if you look at the top twenty shareholders given by Chalice (their listing of 24/6) it shows as No. 1 - HSBC Custody Nominees 56.8 million shares, No. 2 is Citicorp 38.7m. and No. 3 is Sir Tim with 37.2 m. So, Goldman Sachs were never near the top with their initial 17.5m acquisitions followed up by disposing 4.4 m. That takes them out of the 5% large investor category but still leaves them with 13 million shares to make mischief with should they decide to dispose of any shares in a fashion that they previously utilised.
