MMX needs this matter to be dealt with promptly, dragging it out will impact adversely on MMX, it project and worry Mitsubishi. CHM on the other hand has no projects requiring any urgent attention so they can relax while AH works to put some value in their 40 million 15c options.
By the way I understand that MMX with it's 'has absolutely no foundation', 'has no substance' and 'no substainable factual basis' statements have not endeared themselves to AH. So with the egos involve this may just be an all or nothing case.
