    Hi @Joannie
I started this thread mainly for you after reading what you wrote yesterday on the ill health you have been dealing with since having several Covid vaccinations.
    1) As I’m sure you are not alone and
    2) The long time covid thread seems a bit cluttered with memes and trolls
I thought it would be useful to start a fresh discussion topic with a focus on nutritional supplements and food etc.

And I don’t mind contributing layman’s thoughts as I have had a long time interest in wholistic medicine (and a perennial  interest in food!) but I’m no health practitioner!

Here’s a reminder of what you wrote yesterday

…. And I’m sure there ARE real experts out there who might add to these thoughts, but initially I just wanted to say that I am sad to hear of your current immobility  and that I absolutely applaud your interest in organic food (and I presume healthy eating)

…..and that your arms don’t look so very horrible …. Just as if the blood is trying to cleanse congestion through the skin?
Or as if the skin is the last thing your immune/cleansing system wants to worry about right now because it’s put other priorities in front?

Again,  I’ll ask my professional/Chinese medicine specialist friends about their post covid/vaccine compromised regimes and get back to you here

….and in the meantime it seems to me that - even though it’s hard to move - that getting congestion out of your system by encouraging  lymphatic flow and blood circulation to move can’t be a bad thing.
And can be as simple as spending several minutes swaying and swinging your arms rhythmically around your body.
Or getting on one of those little rebounders and joggling about..
Or even trying to bounce on your heels a bit from tiptoe position then back.
And stretching - even whilst sitting or lying down!

My lovely physio says “motion is lotion” and not just for helping aches and pains…as much as possible with whatever will move!

Eating-wise I don’t know what your usual diet is, but the old wives adage is half a lemon in warm water first thing every morning to flush toxins from the gut and alkalise the body
…..  and fresh celery juice ….and fasting and quit the sugar ….. and  I could rattle on for pages but suspect that with your interest in organics you already know it all.

Looking just now at the internet it seems the fastest way to deal with spike protein issues is to get the body into autophagy or ketosis and the fastest way to do that is fasting  then moving onto a low sugar, low carbohydrate high good oils diet.

And I recommend massage (for everyone )

And to keep up with that decluttering you spoke of Jo Jo!
However much fun it is to collect stuff, I reckon sometimes it’s like getting physically fat, and we end up with great wobbling mounds of detritus that we never even look at and that weighs heavily on us and ends up representing  work, not pleasure.
    - Every time I return to Perth I ‘delete’ more of the paraphernalia that no longer serves me and I feel all the better for it.

And I won’t post links or anything else as I’m sure you already know all this or are well able to find it for yourself.

    cheers
