    No I think there's a few more yards in TCL yet.

    In Vic the new deal with the state gov (bunch of fools with no value on money) has been signed on the tunnel.

    Gives TCL many billions, increases some tolls by $26 a week, extends toll period years.

    Trouble is, anything can happen.

    If the economy goes well the security of TCL's guaranteed cashflow will be less than if it tanks.
