Thanks for your great posts but I dont see the Gold vs. Shares debate as an Us vs. Them thing.

Why not use the volatility in the market, with tight trailing stops of course, to increase our cash positions whilst the market rallies and this inturn will allow us to increase our Gold holdings?

I agree with the gold price manipulation argument and am also a little hesitant about the Dow rally but can't we use both to our advantage?
