I spoke to Dean again today. I asked the question whether the FS was completed or not and whether it was just awaiting board approval. From his response, it is my interpretation that the FS is not finished at all and is still being tweaked. It is my opinion that the notion of waiting for the board to sign off on it is not the whole story. It is my understanding from the conversation that they are still fine tuning the metrics on major issues such as waste disposal. I asked about whether the petromin issue was a factor. He assured me it was not. I would encourage all holders to get on the phone and ask the tough questions. I would be interested to hear the interpretation of others. His number is on the website.
