Fair call whipash but maybe nbs are starting to build their integrity and dont want to misinform the market until they have a contract signed sealed and delivered. Maybe they are aware of the mistakes of the past and are trying to rectify that by having something set in stone before it is announced. There also could be confidentiality agreements in place which prohibits them from making announcements or comments. They are however involved in national security! I would be interested to know whether the people who are writing a lot of the negative comments have actually been burnt by this company in the past.
