I don't know why, but i'm confident Acland will get approved this year or early next year. Gut feel I guess. Labor under a lot of pressure around their climate change policy and stance on mining projects, QLD needing 'shovel ready' projects to recovery the economy, election now complete, court battle options seem to be running dry for the opponents of new Acland. I also reckon coal prices have recovered to ~USD60 and that sets a floor and it seems likely the next coal run will start sooner rather than later.
I don't know why, but i'm confident Acland will get approved...
