Ok. so the Dalrymple coal terminal is a $150M Investment. Which will yield dividends for the QLD people. And perhaps this shouldn't be seen as a coal vs tourism argument.. a quick google shows the QLD gov has committed $74 in tourism funding in addition to the $500m recovery package. I also point out the tourism funding is a grant without a set return to the people of QLD. Obviously tourism, like coal is good for the economy..
