Although coal prices look like they will close under 400 dollars, some negative forecasting in the budget maybe. I think China is big and the loss of confidence in reopening is a factor as is US gdp which was a huge 4% turnaround from minus 2 to 2. That means 75 basis points is locked in by the fed next week. Things have already been strained in the financial markets over the last month and I think the market thinks another 75 will push things over the edge.
