Yes thats right they will have to pay billions ,but why go that way , England pay billions to house holders and industry to help with crippling energy prices that were up over 3000%, this government is trying to find a loop hole so they do not have to pay anything so its a big problem for them(,idiots) All governments have created this problem and this government have no learning ability just go where Europe has gone to hell.
