They would be lucky to have a US company buy out the Zip business and Zip shareholders get shares in that company (kinda like Block CDI). Then you'd be left with crappy Zip.asx shares that you could sell before the stuff hits the fan.
Larry doesn't think anything like that is going to happen though and sold out his $100M worth of shares
