No.1 shareholder in CCI Holdings, LCE, today scuttled the 31c takeover bid for CCI Holdings (CHL) from CPB.
LCE said they absolutely had no intention of accepting the offer, giving a clear lead the company is worth much more than is being offered.
the board at CHL are expected to release a shareholder update on friday which will give clear evidence of why this offer is an opportunistic one.
Lots more upside yet for shareholders in CHL.
