    The institutions are the ones selling.... And retail are the ones accumulating..... So is the intent behind the buy/sell to put a floor under the remaining shares to sell as many to retail holders as possible at 10c for some arbitrary reason, or is that over simplifying it? Because there was a bunch of retail activity at 13c so why not hold it there?

    I don't get it.
