Very curious this one. CSE has run nowhere close to my origianl expectation. Usualyl they run above expactation in this type of market. Its intial run to 40c pretty close to the mark, but the quick fall back to 31c somewhat surprising. The question is why? The market is actually very efficient at valuing new discoveries. See ALK/DEG etc they did not move much after the first few sets of drill results. (There are always exceptions too).
I suspect the big market players are waiting to see how the geological complexity will affect the ore tonnage potential. There appears some expectation that the tonnage may be quite small.
Yes re your comment grade is king but you also need enough tonnes to justify a process plant and maybe this prospect has a question mark here until the next results are known.
IMO the results on the downhole EM survey will dictate the next strong price move.
I have been in and out of CSE once already and will have a second lick if I am feeling adventurous. Not normally my scene these sort of plays.
